I started in Real Estate as an Investor. After many years, I formed a Real Estate Investment Company, and learned how to build homes from my General Contractor partners. After a few years of learning how to build Green homes, I started doing home inspections, energy aduits, Log Home Inspections,New Construction phase Inspections, Infared Advanced Home Inspections,Termite and wood destroying Insects Inspections, Foundation Inspections on Manufactured Homes for HUD,FHA, and VA loans, Secpitc Tank Inspections,  Pool and Spa Inspections, Well Inspections. As time goes on I plan to continue more advanced courses in these areas.
